Early but not much of a show

Will was on the CBS Early Show this morning. I considered going for the supposed "tournament," but had a feeling it wouldn't be worth it since the segment was only supposed to be 2-3 minutes. I ended up getting up early but not THAT early, so I stayed home and watched on TV.

Well, that was fast. It was just Will revealing puzzle answers about Early Show anchors. Will promoted the Starbucks contest, and they showed 2 seconds of Merl in "Wordplay" (so why didn't they use a clip of Will?).

And here's CBS adhering to the tried and true journalistic convention we all know and love:
