Freezing out Fresh Direct
OK, I've had it. When the Fresh Direct order came this afternoon, I immediately felt the ice cream pint (actually, diet frozen yogurt) to make sure it was hard and frozen. Squushy. "This could be more frozen," I said and the delivery guy agreed. I did not accept the bag of (so-called) frozen foods and noted this when I signed.
I won't order anything frozen from them again. I can't keep going through this. If I didn't have the delivery pass (which was just renewed for a year), I probably wouldn't order ANYTHING again. I don't have the energy to try to get the pass refunded.
I called and reiterated my concerns that they need to improve their freezing. This seems to be a recent problem, though come to think of it I don't always order frozen dessert pints where this is most noticeable.
Whole Foods can't come a moment too soon.
