I'm still thinking more stores are good (Bring on Whole Foods! There can never be too many Duane Reades), more people will only make things safer, more rich people no problem. I'll still look out on trees bordering a parking lot, along with some new buildings to one side. Columbus looks like it will be a little cramped but that stretch was formerly desolate.
